2 minutes to the stainless steel works, 1.2 km.
Mühlener Straße
3 minutes to the slitting and winding works, 2.5 km.

5 minutes to Bomig West, 6 minutes to Bomig Ost.

8 minutes, 6 km. Both motorway junctions under ten minutes.

Who sleeps where
We'd rather sort this out beforehand than when you arrive at eleven at night.
- Two of you and everyone has their own bedroom.
- Three of you and the large sofa bed in the living room comes into play – so everyone still has a bed to themselves.
- Four or more and two of you share a double bed. If you'd rather not, two separate places are the better option.
Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a fan in every room, three TVs. Bathroom with bathtub and shower, plus a second toilet – at six in the morning that's the difference between on time and too late.

With VAT shown separately, on request as one collective invoice at the end of the month with all the names and dates of stay. Just tell us the company name, address and, if needed, the cost centre in advance.
Cleaning included
For longer stays we clean once a week. Towels and bed linen are included and get changed – you don't have to order that separately or pay extra for it.
Arrive when it suits you
A door code instead of a key handover. Whether you arrive at 5 pm or at midnight after the late shift makes no difference.
Washing and drying
Your own utility room with washing machine and dryer. No launderette, no laundry bag in the boot.
Kitchen for twelve
Dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, crockery and cutlery for twelve people. Cooking for yourselves is cheaper than a takeaway every evening.
Parking space at the house
One comes with it, included in the price. Second car or a van? Let us know in advance and we'll sort it out – turn up unannounced and it gets tight.
Registration forms for staff without a German ID are routine here – they are still required, and we have them ready.

An example from our calendar: four weeks from 11 January to 8 February 2027 cost €2,293.50 for two – around €82 per night for the whole apartment. Four of you pay €2,671.50, so just under €24 per person per night; six of you €3,049.50, around €18 per person. The calendar shows you the price for your dates straight away. For stays longer than three months we'll put together a quote just for you.
