The apartment is on Bahnhofsplatz in the centre of Bielstein, a district of Wiehl. Two A4 exits and the Bomig industrial estate are around five minutes away.

Who sleeps where
We'd rather sort this out beforehand than when you arrive at eleven at night.
- Two of you and everyone has their own bedroom.
- Three of you and the large sofa bed in the living room comes into play – so everyone still has a bed to themselves.
- Four or more and two of you share a double bed. If you'd rather not, two separate places are the better option.

What's in the apartment
Fully equipped for your team
Kitchen for twelve
Dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery for twelve. Cooking yourself is cheaper than a takeaway every night.
Washing and drying
Your own utility room with washing machine and dryer, usable around the clock. Wash your work clothes without a launderette.
Bathroom and second toilet
Bathroom with bathtub and shower, plus a separate guest toilet – at six in the morning that's the difference between on time and too late.
Arrival with a door code
Arrival from 4 pm, departure by 11 am. The door opens with a code that you get by email beforehand – whether you arrive at 5 pm or after the late shift doesn't matter.
Bed linen and towels
Included for everyone, the beds are made up. When you book directly, you don't pay extra for final cleaning.
Wi-Fi and TV
Wi-Fi in every room, no time limit. Three TVs, including a smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube.
Car, van, shopping
Parking at the house
A parking space of your own at the house comes with the apartment, included in the price.
- Second car or a van? Let us know beforehand and we'll sort it out. A five-minute walk away, opposite the Netto supermarket, there is also a free car park with no time limit.
- Electric car? The AggerEnergie charging station is about 100 metres away, at the bus station opposite.
- Arriving late? Right outside the door there is a vending machine with drinks and snacks. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance.

Invoice to your company
With all names
We make out the invoice to your company – with the names of the guests and the dates. Just enter names, company and address in the form.
Payment
You pay when you book, by PayPal, credit card or SEPA direct debit. We don't offer payment on invoice.
Job postponed?
You can cancel free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. Moving to other dates is not a cancellation if we agree. Everything else is in the terms and conditions.
Registration form
For guests who are not German nationals the hotel registration form is still mandatory. That's routine for us, the forms are ready.
