Availability and booking

See if your dates are free.

The real availability calendar for both apartments – the same one we work with. If it shows as free, it is free.

5% direct discount: code DIREKT5 – paste it into the “Gutscheincode” (voucher code) field of the booking form.

Minimum 2 nights: choose arrival and departure, then click the search button (“Suche”).

The calendar is provided by Smoobu. Opening this page creates connections to Smoobu and its service provider Cloudflare, and in the booking form also to Stripe. What happens in the process is set out in our privacy policy. You can also simply call or write – that works without any of this.

Why book direct

Booking direct costs you less than the portals

More precisely: less than any rate you can cancel free of charge over there. On the portals, the low price only comes without the right to cancel.

  • 5% off with the code DIREKT5 – you enter it at the last step of the booking.
  • Final cleaning included. On the portals you have to pay for it.
  • You write to us, not to a portal. An early arrival, a longer stay, a special request: just ask.

What happens after you book

No key handover, no waiting

Confirmation right away

You get the booking confirmation straight away by email. No enquiry you have to wait two days for.

Door code in advance

We send you the door code a week before you arrive. Arrival from 4 pm, even late in the evening.

Final cleaning is included

Book direct with us and there is no surcharge. Via the portals you have to pay for it.

Departure by 11 am

There is no key – you just pull the door shut behind you.
